...and why did we choose this particular title for our blog?
Well, 'eeny miny miny moe' is a counting rhyme, - very much like the Portuguese UM-DO -LI-TÁ- ...! - used by children when picking a person for an activity by pointing to a different person in the group at each word or syllable in the rhyme, until the last syllable, at which point the pointed-to person is either chosen or out.
Its origin is not precise but we think it has been around since the 1850's.
And you can find a version in every country of the world.
